Our Story

Our journey began when breathwork and cold water exposure were prescribed as a last solution for anxiety and panic attacks. Cold showers showed promise but didn’t provide the same benefits as full-body immersion. Many of the best-selling tanks were too big, cumbersome, or expensive, though, often using known toxic materials in their construction.

Our challenge kicked off a multi-year journey that started with a chest freezer and led to the WAVE Cold Plunge - a cold water immersion device based on our own experiences alongside feedback from leaders in the community, other enthusiasts, and health professionals with the desire to make cold plunging a solution for those suffering from a wide range of health conditions.
